What is your best angry/crazy patient story?

On my first week of real work, I had a patient come in to pick up her medications. I ask for her name, which I put in what I thought she said, and I can't find her, so I ask her to repeat it, where she proceeds to get angry with me and repeats it much louder and slower than necessary. I find her, get the medication, and there is like a $3 copay. She proceeds to start screaming at me, that she is tribal and that means she doesn't have to pay anything. She screams that I know exactly what I'm doing, insinuating that I am trying to piss her off, when of course I honestly just had no experience dealing with splitbilling. My pharmacist at the time was new as well, and currently getting screamed at by an older lady over some sort of issues with her medications, so the only other experienced tech was tied up helping the pharmacist. After probably 5 minutes of her screaming at me how I'm a terrible person, telling me to call someone while they are off (which I didn't) how she's going to take her prescriptions to another store (unfortunately she still hasn't) the other tech comes over and helps me split bill. Literally 5 seconds to fix the splitbilling issue, she yells at me about being slow ringing her out after which she snatches the bag out of my hand and finally leaves.

Honestly I seriously debated not coming into work the following day.
