What was your best "You have no power here" moment?

It really is. I've spent the last several years working to get her help. It's taken that long to get people to help us navigate the system. She's twice turned down an in home provider and skilled nursing.

She was always stubborn, unreasonable and difficult. She has an undiagnosed mental health issue, mobility issues (just fell again), physical limitations, eyesight problems and early signs of dementia. She's also a hoarder, physically combative, won't take her meds or follow doctor's instruction.

Adult Protective Services is about to get called a third time by a third party. I think with what the doctor wrote up that got her admitted and what the facility witnessed along with her case file, we might have better leverage. A mental health warrant is another option.
