What is your best "Out of context DM line"?

Also, after fighting our way through an undead infested inn to rescue the Druid and her dog that we’d left in the room for the day...

“You guys need to jump out of the window, into the burning haycart, and we’ll be standing by with water to put you out! You’ll take less damage than just jumping!”

“Okay!”

They proceed to jump from the window, taking a bit of damage but surviving. As they start to run away, I ask them how they’re keeping the dog with them, because it’s straight up terrified.

Then the Druid hits me with this gem:

“Oh! I’ll use my fifty feet of rope to make a dog harness!”

Queue the rest of the party staring at her....

“You have rope!?”

“Yeah! It says right here; fifty feet of hempen rope!”

“You could have used that to get out of the window with no damage! We wouldn’t have even had to fight our way here, you could have left to come find us!”

“But then I wouldn’t have a leash!”
