What was your breaking point, where you snapped and went off on a rude ass customer?

A guy was berating me for taking too long to make his pina colada when my bar was packed and insisted on speaking to the manager.

He kept flagging me down and I said "Just one second sir, I'm sorry I'm just super busy right this second I'll be right with you" and I got a "guess you should have stayed in college....can't even make a simple drink...." and was telling other guests how rude and stupid I was being.

Easily ignorable, fine. Old man wants his drink and I throw it in the blender and go to help someone else a few seats away from him and he pushes himself next to the guest and grabs my arms while I'm writing it down and says "this is absolutely ridiculous, I can't believe I have to put up with this bullshit. Get me a manager now."

First of all, don't touch me and secondly....It was 78 degrees and sunny in Florida in FEBRUARY! An absolutely gorgeous day. How cI just stopped and said "You know, if this is the worst thing that's happened to you all day, I am SO jealous of your life."

While it wasn't "snapping", I usually just brush it off but I was just astounded at the entitlement and couldn't be quiet.
