I had a domestic fight with my mom. Police came. They put a restraining order against me and my mom. The judge told me to go to my house to get my things when she’s not there and leave for college. I did exactly that. We told the cops this and they raced to arrest me cause apparently I had to have a cop escort. I was charged with 5 felonies and am going to trail.

The justice system is broken. I had no criminal intent, never committed a serious crime, but the prosecutor is just his unhinged aggressive hostile person... meanwhile my mom is dying of cancer and spends most of the holidays, her birthday, alone. I’m the only person in her life. I wanted to love her before she died despite everything, and the state prevents this. I’m so angry at them.
