My weekday routine is roughly:
Up at 4:30 AM, do some studying in my pjs.
Around 5 I get ready for the day (dressed, pack lunch, make sure I have everything I need).
I head to the gym at 5:45, arriving around 6. I workout for about an hour.
I head to work around 7 and get to work around 7:45.
I stop working around 4 and study a subject directly related to my job. This makes me available to help coworkers but gets me more up to speed on technologies my company uses. I often teach new or previously unknown functionality to my team because of this.
I leave the office around 4:30 PM and get home around 5:30.
I either cook or clean a bit (depends on the day - I trade off tasks with my fiance).
Eat dinner between 6:30 and 7:30.
Do some hobbies, take a walk, and generally veg until 9 - 9:30 PM.
Then I get ready for bed and usually fall asleep before 10:30.
