What is your experience turning down someone who doesn’t handle rejection well?

Literally called me 50 times in a row. I called my phone company to block his number but they only blocked calls, not texts. So he then test me I dont know how many times in a row without me responding. My brother once told me even a bad response to someone like this will just give them a reason to keep communication open so i thought ignoring him would work as it had in the past with others. NOPE! So after recontacting my phone provider his text were also blocked so he shows up at my apartment. I lived alone and this fucking terrified me! He kept pounding on my door so i told him without opening the door if he didn't leave I'd have to call the police. He begged me to open and kept bagging away. Right before I was going to call the cops by very very scary looking felon of a neighbor (he was actually a really nice guy to me and his wife and I got along well) came out to our shared landing and told him to fuck off. He (the crazy ex) insisted he needed to see me and I wasnt answering and wouldnt go until I did. My neighbor must of heard me tell the guy to fuck off through the door and told him he knew I wanted nothing to do for him very calmly. The guy very quickly left. I didn't see but heard what was happening and I'm sort of assuming my neighbor pulled a gun because that dude bolted! And what my neighbor said was not that scary.

A month later the exs twin sister wanted to hang out and me and her were pretty tight in hs and she promised he wouldnt be there so I met up with her. She tried getting me to snort some shitty looking meth with her while we hung out and watched the L word. It was super weird and i stopped talking to everyone in that family lol.
