What was your experience with friends with benefits?

We dated in high school. After high school we started talking again but neither of us was in a relationship, nor wanted one. She just asked if we could hook up, hang out occasionally, but not be in a relationship.

It was actually pretty cool. We enjoyed hanging out, We both had plans that involved moving, and we never worked as a couple, so it never got messy. We'd date other people, and stop hooking up, break up then get back at it. I'm still friends with her on FB, and she seems happy in her new life, and I in mine.

Side note: the first time we hooked up after highschool she looked back at me and goes "Fuck me with all of your anger and angst.". I fucking died. I'm not an angry angsty teenager anymore.
