actually my friends story not mine So there’s this really cute local boutique in our town and one sweet lady runs it. The lady talks to all the customers and remembers most of them. Me and my friend are in there one day and she finds a nice jacket. The lady is telling her how good she looks in it etc so my friend buys it. About a week-ish later she decides that she really wouldn’t wear the jacket much so she asked her mom to return it (not wanting to face that lady again). Her mom goes back to the store and the lady recognizes the jacket and remembered my friend buying it! She asked about it and my friends mom tells her “Oh my daughter didn’t actually like it she just bought it to be nice. She felt like she had to buy it” ?????? My friend has refused to go back since. Probably missing out on some cute stuff too.
