What is your guys opinion on 'meeting Christ'?

I personally feel that all the answers are in what you just wrote.

You know how people will get scared of something like not having money, and in their anxiety they will start praying something like "God, please help get the (money/job/wisdom/intelligence...) that I need to get out of this situation which scares me".

While it could be much simpler: "God, my father in heaven, as you can see I'm super afraid and insecure. Typical flawed human that I am, and I'm trying to fix these fears on my own, instead of just talking to You about it".

Your problem isn't the fact that you don't have Jesus, it's the fact that you don't have the faith yet, to say to God everything you just commented.

Mind you, I've experienced this conundrum myself. It's like you need to know God before you realise how much you can say to Him, but you need to talk to Him before you get to know Him.

Don't just speak your mind, speak your heart too.

It's by speaking about everything thats in your heart, that you give access to your heart to God. And mind you, this is all new for me too. "God, teach me how to pray" is also a good one. Because you might be stuck in not knowing how to pray, and you don't even consider asking God to teach you.

You know what I mean?

It's our own 'flawed-ness' making us blind to certain simple/obvious solutions, and you need to pray to God about it, to fix them. To stop spiritually being blind/deaf etc.

A verse I wanna leave you with:

' Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life because of me will find it.'

(Matthew 10:39)
