What is your mini rant for today?

WHY DO I HAVE TO EAT SHIT UNTIL MY PROMOTION IS ANNOUNCED NEXT MONTH WITH THE REORG ANNOUNCEMENT.

Seriously all this "head office" "top secret" bullshit is giving me major anxiety about whether it's really going to happen.

On top of that I work with three men who have very strong feelings that women do not belong in their field, and who have been trying to ice me out since I started last year. Yet another "we got this sweetheart" email went out today, and I just want to rub their smug fucking noses in the news that they starved me out of my job.... Leaving me with enough time on my hands to make myself useful to the right people and earn an offer for management role in another country faaaar far away from their bullshit.
