Oh do I have some stories...
One sold drugs in the back yard and blasted their music to the point where our walls vibrated and stuff fell off the shelves. If you asked them nicely to turn it down, they'd blast it and laugh at you. Every weekend him and his shitty friends would fill the parking lot with their shit cars and "work" on them, all blasting their music as loud as possible, making it impossible for anyone to use the parking lot and throwing their trash wherever. Dude used to take his trash and throw it in the back yard off the porch. This dude was almost 30, never had a job and got to live in a bedroom while his younger brother (13 yr old) slept on the couch and had no room. Fuck that guy, nothing but hood trash. The perks of living in a ghetto-ish city, assholes everywhere.
The other neighbor living at the same place at the time were 2 huge crackheads who neglected their kid (thankfully got taken away by DSS) and liked to collect cats and let them piss and shit everywhere. The hallway to the apartment stunk like piss so bad it felt like a literal wall hit you in the face. It physically knocked your head back the minute that smell hit. My father had to clean out the apartment and there was so much trash it filled up the whole sidewalk in front of our house (6 foot high pile) and he found a dead cat in their freezer.
Finally moved and got some piece and quiet (which in itself is a miracle) current neighbor has to turn literally everything into a dick measuring contest and purposely does little shit to inconvenience us because he's not "top dog" at the apartment. Took pleasure in harassing his stepson to the point where he'd find reasons to set him off (the kid had adhd and anger issues) and when the kid lashed out, he'd get grounded. Kid was supposed to go to a monster truck show and was all excited and the stepfather purposely set him off and got him grounded, he had a big grin on his face while he told me the kid was missing the show. Guy is the biggest pussy ever, loves to run his mouth and act tough but when someone challenges him he runs and hides. He once passive aggressively bragged that he made more money than my father (as we were struggling to pay bills) and bragged how he even had to work less and made more. The man literally throws temper tantrums like a child. Slamming everything, stomping away and yelling and cursing like a goddamn child having a hissy fit. Over the tiniest things too, We were parked in "his" spot once, he revved his engine loud then stomped up the stairs slamming things and swearing up a storm. He'll come up to you, brag about his day and then as soon as you start to talk, he just leaves. Like actually leaves mid conversation when he's not the main focus. He HAS to know literally everyone hates him (but doesn't care). And I'm not being mean, pretty much everyone does and they have good reasons to. I hate him with a passion. Legitimately hate him for how petty he is and how he's ruined the relationship I had with his wife (that we knew long before she was married to him) He also told his step daughter (which I've known since she was 3) that I was a bad influence when I've literally never smoked, done drugs and had like 2 sips of alcohol in my lifetime. (Yet he's been to jail, and half the time is high as a kite and lies about it) He's completely ruined the relationship we've had with the rest of the family. I could bitch about this guy forever as he's given plenty of ammunition but this comment is long enough.
I've had worse neighbors but it's not "annoying" neighbor stuff so much as fucked up..
