What was your most memorable moment in your military career?

In February of two years ago I was doing the norwegian foot March in Arifjan. I Ran the first 9 of the 18.6 miles with my buddy before I began to fall behind. Thought I was gonna fail. When I got the second to last card of the March halfway through ( we had 4hrs to complete this), my 1sg told me I was making great time, and it gave me motivation to keep going. When I finished, my one bud told me I had anywhere between 10 and 40 seconds left before the timer was up. After my SMAJ congratulated me and I went to get my badge, this norwegian general was handing them out to us before our group photo was taken and he was impressed that I made it. To this da, I can't stop staring at my christmas tree of a uniform because of one little badge
