What was your most painful accident? (Serious)

Landed a jump weird in gymnastics and tore my ACL. Knee reconstructive surgery is no joke; I've had 4 surgeries in my life and that one was the absolute worst. The actual injury wasn't too bad, but the first week after surgery (2 months after injury) was hell on Earth. I was on oxycodone and not even that took the pain away. Felt like knives and drills and the most dull, shooting pain invading your entire leg. My pre-surgical nerve block also failed so there was never any relief from the pain. Some say ACL surgery is worse than childbirth. I'm a guy so I wouldn't know, but in terms of my most painful accident, tearing my ACL in a weird freak accident was the worst.
