What was your most pleasant experience with a stranger? [Serious]

A few months ago I wanted to build a gaming PC. I went to Fry's Electronics to see if they had some of the components that I needed. As I walked into the store, and was looking around, a man asks me if I needed some help looking around. I say yes, and state that "I'm looking for things to build a Gaming PC." he shows me first to the processors section. Since I was a complete noob at computers, I had no idea what to do. I did remember my dad always saying "I've always had bad experience with AMD. Go with Intel". My dad was also with me, since he knew a bit more about computers. The man and my dad talked a few minutes about the megahertz and how "A 20 MB HD was a lot". Then they talked about processors. Eventually I come up with the conclusion that I will think about what I need. The man helps me look around for motherboards, cases, etc. All in all, he was a nice man and helped with any questions that I had with finding components. Eventually we leave the store, after taking some pictures about various things I might want to look into.

A month or so later, I decide on my build. I order most of my things, and went to another Fry's since it was closer, and got my things there as well. Once I had everything, we go to the Fry's that the man helped us at. We tell him that I want my CPU installed on the motherboard. We had to wait for the installation guys to finish what they were doing, and the man tells the installation department what we need done. He tells us the installation will cost us $10.

Now, I went to the other Fry's to get my other components there, and they claimed that a CPU installation would cost around $15 - $20. I don't know if it is location based, or something, but I very well do think this man who helped us cut us a deal.

One of the best customer service I've received at a store, especially at an electronics store. Very nice man.

I've always been thinking about going back to that Fry's and give that man something in return for the good service. I've never gotten around to it yet. I plan to go back there soon.

If you're reading this, man from Fry's, thank you for the great service and (possibly) cutting us a deal on installing a CPU.
