What is your "never again" brand, store, restaurant, or company?

Norwegian Airlines. I booked a transatlantic flight with them not realizing they were a budget airline. Their price was pretty on par for what I’ve paid for this same trip in the past with a great airline like Turkish Air so I figured they would be solid and I could save a few bucks. Boarding was a nightmare, they only had 2 people working at the check in desk with around 200 passengers checking in. The flight was delayed by an hour due to the check in process. On the flight the staff was extremely rude and they made people pay for every single thing including water...on a 9 hour flight! When I finally fell asleep they would bump into me every few minutes as they walked by. The layover got delayed by 2 hours. When I finally arrived at my destination my luggage was lost, luckily I always pack spare undies and a change of clothes in my carry-on. When my luggage was found and brought to the airport they refused to deliver it to my hotel like every other airline has done in the past so I had to go to the airport and pick it up myself. Nightmare of a trip from start to end.
