What has your progress looked like in fixing bad form and compensation patterns?

You are capable of anything you set your mind too. Physical setbacks be aware of and go slow for awhile, i fractured 4 lower vertebrae overseas and have to work on form. It doesnt come quick....i use to workout everyday when I got out of service, juiced a few times too honestly. Then job came and a toxic 8 year relationship that lead to addiction on both sides, mine painkillers, hers coke, then crack, then herion... all that came after marriage. enough was enough. I had anterior pelvis tilt, rounded shoulders, stiff neck, and the never ending chronic back pain.... Divorced and I'm getting back, looking better then before we meet. I'm not proud of what happen, or what I've done but know the only thing that helps keep my mind clean is pushing myself harder and harder everyday. I'm back in shape, all the bad washed cleaned, gettin the abs back and feeling alot better about myself. Stay motivated, strong, humble yet fierce, will be easier said then done but do not get discouraged. Dont be afraid to get mad. Stay healthy my friend and best of luck.
