I used to work at a shopping mall. One black Friday, I finally had a minute to pee after being on the floor for 6 hours without a break. I was waiting for a stall to open, when a woman and her young child come out of one. I went to enter the stall and I stepped in urine and nearly stepped on a fresh turd. There was even a wad of toilet paper in the floor with poop on it. I really think she just let her child shit in the floor.

I turned to look at her like what the fuck lady. She has the audacity to motion towards the mess and say "I think you need to clean that up." And she just walks out. I was so dumbfounded I didn't even know what to do or say. I kind of just stood there. I started crying because I was tired, hungry, my feet hurt and I had been taking abuse all day. It just broke me I think. Our janitor ended up cleaning it for me after he found me sobbing in the break room.

I dont work in retail anymore.
