what do your yearly expenses look like in your daily life?

Saw someone else do a table and it looked neat!

Here are my expenses at the moment. I rent a studio-style flat (in the sense that the bedroom is the living room, but we have a full kitchen and bathroom) that is walking distance to my place of work. I live with my fianceé, so we are a family of two adults only. This is everything I track, combined for us both.

Category Annual Expenditure
Food and household (Groceries, washing up liquid, toothpaste etc) £1,450
Water £480
Electricity £420
Council tax (Property tax here in the UK) £1,200
Internet services £400
TV Licence (Because the UK is mental) £150
Gym fees £300
Mobile phone costs £120
Contact lenses (for her) £168
Spending money (we get £100 each discretionary) £2,400
Rent (soon to be mortgage!) £5,964
TOTAL £13,052

When we move we will need to factor in travel which will be £100 a month or £1,200 a year and our mortgage will be slightly more than that rent, but I like to think we're fairly frugal. I actually run a blog about keeping costs low etc if you're feeling inspired to cut costs!
