1: The Avalanches - Since I Left You

Used to hear this song played around the house a lot and thought it was the happiest song possible.

2: Cage the Elephant - Ain't No Rest for the Wicked

Not a huge fan of this song anymore, but the s/t album was the first album i got really into, and they were my first favourite band.

3: Arcade Fire - Wake Up

When I got into Arcade Fire, I had trouble listening to any other band because they didn't sound enough like Arcade Fire. I used to have Funeral on loop

4: Neutral Milk Hotel - Holland 1945

In the Aeroplane became my favourite album very quickly the first time I heard it, and it remains that until this day

5: Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti - Round and Round

Favourite song of all time, I couldn't not choose it.

6: Animal Collective - Alvin Row

Another all time favourite, from my favourite band. Their best song for sure.

7: tUnE-yArDs - Bizness

Gotta go with my flair. Made music feel fun again.

8: Tim Hecker - Black Refraction

This was the soundtrack to me falling asleep for a long time. Achingly beautiful.
