What's an experience you don't ever want to go through again?

I've had whooping cough twice, and it is no fucking joke.

First time it was due to an outbreak that spread around my elementary school. A few of us got it, mainly because we weren't vaccinated against it (I had a severe reaction to my first DPT shot as an infant and never received the rest of the series). Luckily a memo about the exposure was sent out after the first case, and my mom tried to pull me to minimize my exposure but it was too late. Hell cough aside it wasn't particularly memorable for me and I was fine after antibiotics.

BUT then I got it again in my twenties after starting work in an office where several coworkers had small children. 0/10 would not wish that on my worst enemy. I couldn't breathe right for months and was frequently on the floor in tears and wheezing after something dumb like someone making me laugh and triggering a fit. It was awful.

The next year I decided to gamble and got a T-DAP vaccine because I didn't want to go through that again or put anyone else at risk, and I harp on people to get their flu shots for the same reason.
