I’m so sorry you had a bad experience and wish we crossed paths so you could’ve joined our crew who is very loving and accepting and would without a doubt hurt the jerks if they saw that happening.

Okeechobee is EDM focused and draws a younger crowd who can sometimes be stupid and immature. I was hesitant about going because of the crowd EDM shows can sometimes draw but decided to go last minute since my friend had an extra ticket. One night, I left everyone and went to a show solo. I put my blanket down as a group bumps into me and encroach their blanket on mine. I was friendly since they were going to be in my personal space for the next hour but they were passive aggressive assholes “accidentally” hitting me with their flag and then stealing my walkie talkie. I should’ve known from the start that Okeechobee was gonna suck when we didn’t get a printed copy of the schedule or map and the only way to get one was to pay $20 at the general store.
