My friends were practing for a tournament they were going to play, they asked me if I can bowl to them for practice since I the opponents had a bowler who was very fast and I was one of the fastest bowlers in my College. I was not playing in the match since I haven't played in almost one year because of a back injury and my fitness was shit. I thought since it's been one year , there wouldn't be much pain and after bowling 10 balls , I had small pain in my back but in three joy of playing I didn't mind it and bowled almost 60 balls. For the couple of days I was in so much pain that I couldn't even wake up from my bed to eat and my friends have to bring food to my bed.
