What's the creepiest or most unsettling person you have ever met? What made them so disturbing?

I feel bad for writing this, but; my stepbrother's daughter, so my niece, I hate to talk about a child like this - but she acts evil and manipulative. Anyway, they live in another country, so they thankfully visits us rarely.. She was 4-5 years old by the last visit and acted pretty strangely. Right away they arrived she wanted us to leave our house since they were there. She wasn't even joking or anything, though my dad and her parents laughed, the girl was dead serious. My mom and I didn't because I don't want reward that behaviour. Well, I passed that off as child behaviour. Well the other day my mom cooked food for her and she loudly say it tasted like crap. Her mom got mad at her but my niece didn't care, so she whispered to her little sister to stop eating too, and ofc she did. Every time she got reprimanded she would start to cry and then her parents would forgive her on the spot. I didn't get creepy vibes because she was rude, it's just; she wasn't acting like a child and the way she speaked was so odd.

The most TERRIFYING thing that happened comes now. Me and her was alone in the living room and the girl seemed to be aggravated, she then kind of whispered to my ear that she wanted to burn our house down with us in it.. I got so creeped out and told my mom, her mom, since they were the only ones at home. My mom obviously was very concerned, but her mom didn't care and passed it off as child stuff. But my niece said it with such a serious voice, with no signs of innocence. I have met many children and something about my niece is off. My mom thinks so too, and she has worked with kids. My niece has already had problems in kindergarten, from being very mean to other kids. During that last visit her parents just said she's bossy and she is the leader of the kids at kindergarten. She was acting strange a lot during the visit. Though I would blame a lot on her parents, for not setting up rules or boundaries, I kinda hope she gets help, or start acting better before she will start to get real consequences for her actions.

Sorry for any spelling errors, it's morning and English isn't my first language.
