What's a fair price for a resin crown

It's the Bego Varsiosmile Plus resin. It got approval in the US for permanent use like 8-10 months ago. It's the second generation permanent resin that has been released in the EU with the Varsiosmile being the original.

Flexural strength around 150 MPa (the Glidewell Camouflage Now that Gordon Christensen gave his stamp of approval to is only 190 MPa and that has been a great material for me), and the Flexural modulus is 4,000 MPa. Water solubility is virtually zero, water sorption is almost nothing, and it is from everything I've heard very color fast.

The only thing I have heard from my friend is that on his full mouth rehab and smile makeovers that he does with it, he finds some people can use a quick layer of a clear sealant to re-up the shine after a couple of years, like Optiglaze or BisCover. His current theory on that is people brushing with some sort of overly aggressive toothpaste.
