Last year, my boss took a few of us on a cruise. My boss and I are cool, so I got to go despite being the quietest, most introverted person ever. I've never had a conversation with any of my coworkers and I've worked here 6 years. The most I've said to any of them is "good morning".

So, as soon as we get on the boat, we all start drinking. When I drink, I turn into Party Jake and suddenly have no filter and all of my shyness disappears. I start laughing and joking with my coworkers and they are amazed that I can form actual sentences and joke around. We end up in the ship's club, and I start doing shots with the receptionist. A song I liked came on, so I ran to the completely empty dance floor to start dancing. There are quite a few other people in the club. A 50-something year old woman starts cheering me on, and I pull her on the dance floor with me. Her friends join and I'm suddenly dancing with a group of older ladies. My coworkers say they all sat there busting up laughing.

Later, somehow, my Mexican coworker and I started talking about our dicks and he said he had a huge one, so I started calling him "Grande". We made dick jokes for probably a solid 2 hours.

The receptionist says I made friends with a group of girls and we all went semi-skinny dipping in the pool. I don't remember this at all, but the receptionist joked about how nice my butt was the rest of the trip.

It's hilarious to my coworkers that I was suddenly outgoing and hilarious when I drank. They make fun of me constantly for things I did on the ship because I turn bright red and walk away.

Also, the receptionist turned up pregnant shortly after the cruise, so now everyone jokes that my baby is inside her.

It's awful for me, but funny to them.
