It's not gonna be surprising if Banana Culture and EXID would be in a legal battle for the copyrights.

EXID's success in 2015 became the reason why Yedang (Banana Culture) became independent and separated itself from Wellmade Yedang. They were BC's main source of money. But it has been pretty clear that there are disagreements between EXID and BC after EXID's "shady" comments about their company in 2018.

On March 25, 2020, it was reported that Banana Culture would be closing as the employees and executives are stepping down, the same day LE was announced to have left BC too (she's the last one to leave BC). Although they denied it, their website was apparently deleted.

Banana Culture was established because of EXID, sadly, they are also the reason why it shut down.
