What's going on with Net Neutrality? Ask all your questions here!

Keep it simple and relating to them. Skyping is very popular among the elderly with family far flung, especially overseas. Imagine having to pay for certain Skype calls and then you have to pay again to have a package that allows you to make Skype calls.

Grandkids coming over for the holidays? You'll need a package for gaming, another for streaming, you'll have to buy the right to use so much data, and probably another package to keep up how fast everything comes in.

Sites like Pinterest, Etsy, and even Food Network could be relegated to seperate packages which in the end will cost them more.

And in the end, always relate it to their Netflix. My parents are in their 70s, and my dad is getting rather computer savvy in his elder years. But take their Netflix? My mother will go full on Hulk on their ass. She actually shamed the Optimum tech into coming out when our service went out, because she couldn't watch her cooking shows.

It didn't work for television and cable companies and drove people away.
