What's the longest you've had to wait before receiving a job offer?

Just want to let you know I’m in the same boat. I went through multiple rounds, was asked when I could start twice. They made me feel like a top candidate.

2 weeks after the final still nothing. Reached out and said I was still considered a top candidate and it’s just a matter of a decision needing to be made (they’re hiring multiple people for the same role).

Tomorrow will be 3 weeks from final round. While I am optimistic, it’s just frustrating. I’m assuming you well above entry level and feel that mid level / professional jobs just take a little bit more time.

Paying someone $40k to do entry level customer service is an easier decision then paying someone $100k to manage a book of business.
