What's the lowest calorie diet you have done? How much weight did you lose? How long did it take?

So I have been (very roughly) calorie counting. I am 4'10 currently weigh 105 pounds but when I started I was at 130. I simply went to a calorie calculator online (Just Google it) and used that to see how many calories I should consume to stay at my goal weight (of 100) based on my age, activity level and such... it's worked so far! I have increased my activity level recently to get over the "plateau" stage of weight loss. I am not a very active person though. Has taken me about 8 months to get this far! Now I'm working on losing this last 5/toning..

at first I ate what ever I wanted as long as I stayed in the calorie deficit I needed but now I'm beginning to eat more protein and whole foods to hopefully tone and get rid of extra fat. Based on your weight and activity level will affect how many calories you should consume to loose weight. In my opinon, slow progress is better to help you keep the lifestyle and calories consumed and keepthe weight off.

There is also apps like "Samsung health" that can help you calorie count, I highly suggest it. I used it for a while and it did help! I just don't care for it personally but I highly suggest it.
