What's the most difficult decision you've ever had to make?

This deduction was pretty tough for 12 year old me at the time. I’ve been vegetarian my whole life, 19 and still going strong. Anyways, I have done scouting for most of my childhood years and as we all know Scouting includes a lot of camping. Anyway, I had moved to a new troop and the leaders didn’t bother looking at the health forms before camp and didn’t bring me any vegetarian food for lunch or dinners. I explained to a leader that I couldn’t eat any of the food offered as I was vegetarian, she just said ‘eat it or starve’. The lunches were fine as I just picked out the meat but the dinner on the first night was beef in gravy (with a small portion of vegetables). I didn’t know what to do, I had never eaten meat before and it didn’t feel right to but I was very hungry. I decided to eat the meat. That night I threw up 6 times and decided to go hungry at the following 3 dinners eating only a small amount of steamed veggies because the leaders refused to get me proper vegetarian food stating I should’ve let them now beforehand (well if you had paid attention to the health forms) Never eaten meat again.
