What's the most idiotic thing you believed as a kid ?

I was pretty gullible as a child ***

1- that dogs with rabies had blue blood and didn’t have a soul

2- that I was stupid for not knowing English and that me being poor made me a bad person (I was bullied for these things in elementary school) i mainly believed this because most of my teachers would refuse to help me and would often get frustrated with me. They would tell me I should’ve had already know English by then. (My parents were unable to teach me most things since they didn’t had the privilege to attend grade school). it actually took me a couple of years to learn proper English I was able to learn it because one of my 3rd grade teachers took her time to stay with me after school everyday to teach me.

3- that clowns were perverts idk why I even thought this
