This is super lame. I recognize that, but I find it kind of topical at this time.

When I was graduating High School, community service was part of what we had to do. My friend and I signed up to sell snacks and drinks to people at the football games. It worked for us.

The teacher who was supervising us wasn't my favorite person in the world. To protect her privacy, we'll call her Mrs. X. My brother and I have had run-ins with this woman.

Anyway, getting to the good part of the story, a football game was about to begin. The players were warming up. Not too many people were buying things just yet.

"Boys! These things aren't going to sell themselves!" She told us.

I jumped into action and sold a tray of nachos. My friend taps me on the shoulder and points at the hot cocoa and pantomimes like he's drinking it.

Later on, he tells me of the plan he's hatched. We'll each take shifts. One of us will drink the hot cocoa while the other replenishes the supply.

It worked like a charm. Over the course of the evening, between us, I'd guess that we drank 40 cups of hot cocoa. In the process, we completed our community service.
