15yo me removing a dock from Skaneateles lake in October. Wearing a wetsuit. I feel a bubbling. I’m under the impression that the neighbors aren’t home so I go over to their wooded area where stairs go down to their dock. I hop the railing and get naked because that’s how you go when you’re wearing a wetsuit. About to finish up when I here footsteps I look up to see an older gentleman presumably the owner. He doesn’t look down at me. He asks “what are you doing?”
I nervously reply “going to the baath room” he doesn’t say a word and just walks down to his dock. I see him staring out across the lake probably wishing that didn’t just happen.
