What's the most ridiculous thing that you've seen someone do which should automatically result in a swift kick in the rear and exit from the service?

Soldier went awol to avoid deploying. BN leadership decide to delegate justice down to me and make it a company grade because of strong past peformance. Months later, I tell rear detachment leadership that I wouldn't be able to conference call in for the UCMJ part. I tell them to max their punishment. Rear D OIC gets mad because they disagree with the punishment. Goes to legal, who then slaps the bn cdr for thinking awol was a company grade offense. Bn cdr only gives the dude 45 days extra duty

Guy doesn't learn his lesson. His medical provider calls me and tells me he's been missing appointments. Rear detachment command climate survey reveals that he disappears during the day. He also fails a major inspection on top of it. I move to separate the soldier and my bn leadership moves in to protect him again. I basically can't touch him until they move him to a new bn for a fresh start because the BC thinks I'm unfairly targeting him.

Anyway he goes to a new bn where he causes the new bn headaches until he etsed.
