What's the most wholesome thing a stranger has done for you?

I was living in an extended stay hotel with my gf at the time. It was near a busy intersection with a light. We were full blown heroin addicts that were out of money and out of options for money to get our fix.

So for the first time, I decided to be that person holding the cardboard sign. I stood on the median in the middle of the road with my sign looking like a total piece of shit. The first person that stopped after a while was this very pretty girl, probably in her early 20s. She rolled down her window and smiled while handing me a homemade fruit smoothie in a solo cup with a straw in it. It looks like it was just made and filled to the top. She told the flavor (which I don't remember) and said something along the lines of "Its (flavor) I hope you like it." It was the best damn fruit smoothie I ever tasted and I don't even remember what flavor it was.

I still remember how it felt when I got that. For some reason in a time when all I wanted was money for my fix. that fruit smoothie put a smile on my face and I graciously thanked her. She could have just ignored me but she decided to give me her fruit smoothie she just made.

I'm 3 years sober now and I still think about this sometimes. Also, I've had fruit smoothies since then and even though I don't remember the flavor, it was the best one I've ever had. It may sound dumb, but if you asked me what my most memorable drink was, this would be it.
