What's a non-snarky response you would give to a client who said, "Why shouldn't I just use Fivver instead?"

Lol true but with all the free apps and pre made templates it's making everyone's cousin look like a pro.

I've worked in the newspaper business and the sign industry breifly,

The sign shop payed $8 an hour.. Came to about $535 every 2 weeks after taxes.... I can't afford to give a shit on those wages in 2017. I seen myself going to work and putting in 120% just to get a paycheck that my friends at burger king can make.. And half of them can't even plug their own PC up.. Let alone design.

Maybe i'm ass at this, but I'm self taught and an education cost more than my entire families trailers combined. So what happens is i get bitch pay because i don't have that degree.. But these places don't wanna pay for people with degrees. They just want work horses..

Here's some of my random designs and doodles.. https://imgur.com/a/P0Eu3

Tell me what you think.. Am i asking to much when i say i want $10-$12 an hour

Honestly if i wasn't doing graphics i would be painting or drawing or sculpting.. Anything creative brings value to my life...
