What's one thing you are supposed to like but actually hate?

I was raised LDS, so coffee was never a thing for me originally. Once I got older and left the church, I've tried to go into random coffee shop and order something. My ordering process is awful, as I have no idea what half of the menu means. Eventually, the barista takes pity on me and gets me something people usually drink. I take a sip, tell her it taste wonderful....when it tastes like absolute sugar in a cup.

I've even been offered plain, black coffee which is always super sour and I can't handle that. I add some sugar until it's basically a koolaid cup, but at that point I start to wonder why I'm not just drinking something else instead of all of this work and nasty taste...
