What's the one thing you regret doing for your wedding day?

We wanted the absolute bare minimum wedding so decided to have it at the courthouse with only immediate family (parents and siblings) plus my grandma. I SO wish I would've just hired someone to come and marry us at home.

Having to wait in a filthy interminable line for some TSA-caliber goon to grope my disabled grandmother and uptight British MIL looking for concealed weapons was beyond ridiculous. We also brought a token thank-you gift for the judge who married us, got grilled about it by courthouse TSA, and ended up having to sprint back to the car to put it back because judges are not allowed to accept any gift, no matter the monetary value or circumstances.

The whole thing was a drag; we were all relieved to get out of there.
