It's been kind of a theme though, every time I try to be cool about the money situation, he jumps on it and goes in the "spend a lot of money!" direction.

It's why we have an alcohol budget now. He'd get paid and immediately go buy a couple 6 packs, two more the next day, so on until I was like "hey... we can't afford groceries."

So we set a budget. And I guess we need to set a budget with the magic cards too, but I guess I'm just disappointed that I have to keep being "that" wife. I wanted to be cool and let him have fun with his friends and his magic cards until $10 a week turned to $15 and $20 and $30 and now I'm like goddammit, you made me have to bitch at you about our finances again.
