What's something about you that would be near impossible to guess just based on your appearance?

First one I actually just posted on another thread haha:

Last fall, a few of my sorority sisters somehow convinced me to go to a giant frat party across campus. Now I should've known better: my temperature had been hovering around 101* for a couple of days and I should have just stayed back and rested. But no; I went and over the next four or five hours into the night, my temperature skyrocketed. By 2:30-ish in the morning, it had peaked at 105.6* and I was on the floor in a quiet part of the frat-house in absolute agony. I was lapsing in and out of consciousness; every single muscle in my entire body was cramping. Had an observant person (to whom I am eternally grateful - we actually became good friends) not stumbled upon me and noticed that I wasn't just passed out drunk (he would later tell me that I was making gasping noises), I may have suffered permanent brain damage or even died. Still, I was pretty rough shape. My temperature had risen even higher after I had passed out and my organs were right near the shutdown threshold.

At the emergency room, the attending physician noted that it was the highest fever he'd ever encountered in his twenty years.

No. 2: Car accident where my aunt, my cousin and I were T-boned by a driver who ran a red-light. All three of us survived, but I was in the worst shape since I was in the front passenger seat where the other driver impacted.

No. 3: Was preparing dinner with a large chef's knife when it slipped out of my hand. Reflexively, I went to catch it (a BIG no-no with knives) and it somehow managed to slice straight down my forearm, opening my ulnar artery. I don't remember a lot after that -- I had apparently lost a great deal of blood and was in pretty bad shape when I arrived at the hospital.

No. 4: Another car accident a little less than two years after the first one under nearly identical circumstances, except this was a drunk driver.
