What's something you regret not doing at a younger age?

Same, my parents think overeating and eating a lot = healthy and that's just not accurate.

If anyone here wants to lose weight, I think it's impossible without counting calories. I use Lose It from the App Store, everything I eat gets counted. I also used a weight calculator, I lost 37 pounds and am in pretty good shape now.

When people say "portion control" I really really doubt you can control your portions unless you are counting every calorie that goes into your body.

Foods that have helped me with weightloss: Bananas, Almonds, Skinny PopCorn, Cheese+crackers, Broccoli.

The Lose It app will tell you how many calories you can have a day, follow that as close as possible and combine it with some moderate exercise and you can lose weight.
