Here's another way of looking into this:

BTS merch and memorabilia are FUCKING EXPENSIVE. And since their fans are largely high schoolers that don't have income yet, they can't really afford it. The richer ones can get mommy and daddy to buy it but ang daming modus na nagkalat diyan and the out-of-touch, non-tech savvy parents end up getting scammed.

So to them, this meal is the most practical way they can get to a BTS collectible since they likely have the el cheapo Uniqlo shirts already.

I get that some of their fans can be irritating but I don't hold any ill will or grudges towards this behavior in general.

Nakakatakot nga kasi 10 maybe 15 years from now my kid is likely going to go through this and I'll be the idiot father who doesn't know jack shit about this pop band and where to correctly procure stuff, lmaoooo.
