What's a story you're dying to tell that hasn't fit into an AskReddit thread?

My uncle was an AMAZING man... when he was sober. When he didn't have the pills or various other substances he always craved he was a great guy. He actually lived with us for about two years taking care of me and my siblings. He cooked us some of the best food I've ever had, laughed with/at us, cried with us, and just took an amazing uncle. Then he moved back to his state and connected with his old friends and had his first O.D. ... I remember being in the fastest car I've ever ridden in so that we could make it before he passed. Eventually it got to the point that everyone except my mom and my grandma had given up on him. He had so many chances and he always went back. Then my grandma needed him and he knew that. He went to rehab again (I don't know how many times he went to rehab) while at rehab he made friends with the workers instead of the fellow recovering addicts. One of the workers started picking him up every other day to take him to church. While I'm not a very religious person I was so proud for him he would call us and tell us how much better he was doing and how much he loved God and he only relapsed one time he did so well. He was clean for two years. Then his dog started having serious health problems. This dog was his best friend and his whole life it was the reason he lived pretty much. The dog has developed
