What's a taboo question that you're too afraid or embarrassed to ask?

I'm not trans, but I'm agreeing with /u/midnight-souls here.

If you're not feeling physical dysphoria and doesn't have the need to change your body to what it should be, you're not trans: you only doesn't feel comfortable in the social construction that revolves your gender of birth. But a social construction is a moving thing, that many people are trying to destroy today and claim that it doesn't represent a gender at all. A boy wants to wear skirts and is uncomfortable because society told him he shouldn't wear skirts doesn't mean he's less a boy.

Imagine if the social constructions fell. Would you still consider yourself as a trans? From what you're saying, probably no. Would midnight-souls be a trans? Yes.

You talked about social transition. Transitioning isn't just about being uncomfortable with your social identity: it's literally when your identity doesn't match with your body. Like midnight-souls said, it's a medical condition: your brain is sick because of how your body is.

So, and I'm sorry if I'm brutal here, but I think you should reconsider how you label yourself. I'm all about be whoever you want, but identifying yourself as a trans just to put a label on you when trans should be labelled to people who are in need of a medical aid is wrong. I don't know if you already do it, but fighting for deconstructing the social construction around genders is the good thing to do.
