What's the top 5-10 Weirdest Things Youve Seen in public?

Will name a few, mainly from elsewhere (i.e. Things I didn't see in Melbourne, other than the occasional crazy thing going on in a tram/bus or a couple of incidents when I lived in Preston and Thomastown...)

  1. A guy driving a car in reverse in a busy main road. Seriously. When I asked him why, said he didn't have money and the car 'drove OK in reverse, you just get used to it'

  2. Years ago, in the middle of night curfew due to a military coup that had happened two nights before, at 3 am someone began yelling and calling for his lover, as if he was looking for her, and she answered back 'I've found you at last', and the other guy 'please forgive me! I'll never leave you in the creek again'. Then proceeded to, well, 'love' each other. The weirdest (and most beautiful thing) I've witnessed.

  3. Same military coup: Saw a mob chasing down a cop squad. Advantage mob.

  4. In New Orleans (possibly the most amazing, craziest place in the world), three police officers who were trying to control the celebrations for the Superbowl stopped their car, got out and... joined in by jumping on top of the police car (with more people to follow)

  5. In New Orleans: A group of people(15-20) passed by, dressed with different garments on a random evening, led by a very old man (prob 85 years old) dressed like 'Merlin the Sorcerer'. When I asked what was going on, he replied 'oh, we just felt like parading'. This wasn't a busy or exciting suburb, more like Greensborough.

  6. At a small airport in Latin America, a group of disgruntled passengers who had been stood up for hours breached security, went to the tarmac and stopped other plains singing protest chants. One of them then opened a fence and dozens of goats from the neighboring farm took over the airport. It took hours to restore order (we eventually made it to Aruba)
