What's a type of argument/logical fallacy on the internet that you're tired of seeing?

Denial is apparently a river in Egypt.

I used to play sports throughout high school / college / etc.

Not D1, but I was good and I had to consume massive calories to stay in game shape.

Now? I'm older and I caught myself about 40 lbs overweight over the course of a year at my annual check up due to the fact I am not that man anymore and my life has shifted to more deskjob style and the gym/caloric intake was an afterthought.

My doctor informed me to fix this issue, nutritionist referral (which I didn't go to because I already knew the basics of CICO/macros/etc.) and I went to fucking WORK.

Proper weight now. Anyone who says they are healthy and obese won't be for long outside of anomalies.

Get your shit together. (I know this sounds like an obese people rant, but it's literally what I said to MYSELF when I left that appointment)
