Yes, I believe I pointed that out. For a trans individual to undergo and achieve the desired changes to their body on a biological level they need a combination of drugs from an external force. They need to suppress and block their own body’s biological changes. Then they need an external force to deliver the hormones necessary for them to undergo the opposite of their body’s biological “maturity” (if you will).

To piggy back on your vax example. No matter where the pathogen comes from (the environment or a vax) my immune system will always, on a biological level, react a certain way. It will attempt to identify to pathogen and on a biological level it will respond to the pathogen - fever and T Cells. But, if a trans individual were to cease HRT, their body would not continue to create their “desired”/needed hormone.

On a cosmic level, yes, a trans individual can present as their desired and affirming sex, and most of the time no one will ever know. But, those cosmetic changes are not on a “biological” level without an external force. If a trans person stops HRT they will begin to “revert” to their biological gender. A trans person will always need hormone treatments because they are not biologically capable a producing their desired hormone.

So, where I do understand where you are coming from and I see your point/argument, I cannot agree with you when a trans person calls themself a biological man/woman. To call one’s self that, in my view, means your body’s own biology creates the hormones associated with that gender.

But I suppose we’re going to have to agree to disagree on this one.
