What's the weirdest thing your high school teachers did?

I had a teacher in high school who was an absolute fucking creep when it came to girls. Particularly girls of Mexican or Asian descent. (He lived 45 minutes away in a very white, upscale neighborhoor but admitted to working down here because of the "diversity", stuff about how their ears are like beautiful sea shells, eyes like fiery wood, hair as black as a raven's feathers, blah blah blah)

He kept a cabinet full of candy in his classroom and it wasn't uncommon for random girls to just barge into the classroom to flirt with him. He'd completely stop the lesson for 10-20 minutes just to talk to them and then offer them a treat from the cabinet. He loved taking pictures of female students and had a whole collage of them by his desk. On game days when the cheerleaders came to school in their cheerleading uniform he'd have them sit on desks and he'd take pictures of him that way. In class he'd ONLY call on the pretty Mexicans or Asians and would randomly stop the lesson to ask them personal questions.

One time the football team and cheerleaders went to NYC for something. There was one particular girl in the class he always had a thing for and she happened to be on that trip. One day he interrupted to lesson to ask if anyone had her number. Someone did, gave it to him, and he proceeded to call her and pester her for 45 minutes asking every little detail about how the trip was going.

He did all this shit right in front of everyone. He had no shame. Everybody was so openly disgusted and creeped out by him and he didn't seem to care.

He only ever war Tommy Bahama shirts, short khaki shorts, and flip-flops. Even at 7 AM in the middle of winter when it was 45 degrees that's all he'd wear. Nothing like seeing old man feet right in front of your face first thing in the morning. He even kept the AC cranked up full blast 24/7. (He said it helped his poor circulation)

As an actual teacher he was also pretty terrible. His subjects were economics, sociology, and psychology. He ALWAYS felt the need to interject his own personal beliefs into the lesson when he was supposed to keep that shit to himself. I don't know how many times I heard him describe anything related to homosexuality as "yucky"

Other teachers were just as grossed out by him. I always wondered how he never had any formal complaints against him given how uncomfortable he made so many girls. I had a two page letter about him ready to send to the district but for some reason I just never sent it. 11 years later and he's still working there. He's got to be pushing 75 by now.
