Last year I lived in these floating apartments, the decks were connected both on the entrance side and the living side if that makes sense. So it was obviously pretty easy to get to your neighbors apartment if you wanted too. Every deck was made up of six houses and this one 25 year old half-russian dude who lived with his fully russian mother (This is in Sweden btw) would just randomly show up in peoples apartments to have a chat about anything really, pretty weird but most people just accepted him as he probably had more than one disability in his brain. This one day he came in and started crying becuase he felt misunderstood by some employers in a store he was in, after me trying to comfort him he asked if I wanted to see his house so I followed him.
